When to use this schedule

Standard 5-field cron has no built-in 'last day' operator. Running on the 28th is the safest approximation since every month has at least 28 days. For a true last-day trigger, use Quartz cron (0 23 L * ?) or a script that checks if tomorrow is the 1st.
